- About -
Trace Assists is a Virtual Business Management service for coaches, consultants, and service businesses that have outgrown running on memory.
The work is strategic, not task-based. I build the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that change how a business runs day to day, and I stay close enough to keep that structure fitting as the business grows.

- Meet the founder -
I started Trace Assists after years in corporate project management across regulated industries, where I managed complex, multi-stakeholder projects that had to be delivered on time, on budget, and exactly to spec.
That environment taught me something I've carried into every client relationship since: the difference between a business that runs well and one that doesn't isn't effort, talent, or even tools. Its structure. Clear ownership. Processes that don't depend on one person remembering everything.
I've always been a problem-solver. I notice the friction points others have stopped seeing, and I'm quick to fix them on the tech side. When I started working with smaller service businesses, I kept spotting the same pattern: capable owners doing excellent work, but losing time every week to systems that had never been built properly in the first place.
That gap is why Trace Assists exists.
- why i built this -
The transition out of corporate happened gradually, by choice. What I wanted was three things that the employed role couldn't give me together:
Trace Assists is the result. A practice built deliberately, not a side project that grew by accident.
- who i work with -
The clients I work with best share a few things in common:
If that sounds like you, there's a good chance we'll work well together.
- Outside of work -
I'm a mum first. Trace Assists is structured so the work fits around my daughter and the life I'm building with her, which is one of the main reasons I left the corporate route in the first place.
It also means I understand, directly, why the business owners I work with want their operations running properly. Disorganised systems cost time. Time is the thing none of us get back.
Outside the business, I read constantly, plan events for people I love, and take the quiet time seriously.
