Clarity Session

£75

A one-hour strategy call and a written roadmap. We review your current setup, find the gaps and map your next steps in priority order. You receive a PDF roadmap within 48 hours. This is the clearest way to get direction before committing to anything. The £75 fee is credited in full toward any project, or your first month on a retainer.

The Priority Project

One defined system, built and handed over. A CRM set up, an onboarding process built, a workflow fixed, a landing page or funnel delivered. Fixed scope, fixed price once scoped, short turnaround.

For you if: You have one specific thing to fix or set up and you want it done properly, once.

The Foundations Project

Priced on application

Your whole operation set up or rebuilt. Multi-system work across CRM, onboarding, project management, funnels, websites and documentation. Every Foundations Project opens with an audit phase, and the audit cost is built into the quote, not charged separately. Pricing is confirmed at the discovery call, scoped to the work.

For you if: You need the operational side built properly across the board, not one piece at a time.

Operations Partner

from £950 a month

An ongoing monthly retainer. Once your systems are in place, I stay embedded as a behind-the-scenes business partner: maintaining what is built, setting up new systems as you grow, and giving you strategic operational oversight. Retainers run on an initial three-month commitment, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The level of support is matched to your stage and confirmed before you start.

For you if: The foundations are in place and you want a steady operational hand month to month.

How much do your services cost?

A Clarity Session is £75. The Priority Project starts from £350. The Foundations Project is priced on application. Operations Partner retainers start from £950 a month. Project pricing is fixed once the work is scoped, so you know the cost before committing.

What is the difference between the Priority Project and the Foundations Project?

The Priority Project fixes one defined system. The Foundations Project sets up your whole operation across multiple systems and opens with an audit phase. If you are not sure which fits, the discovery call will tell you.

Do I need a Clarity Session before a project?

No. If you already know what you need, book a free discovery call and we scope the project directly. The Clarity Session is for when you want strategic direction first.

What platforms do you build in?

GoHighLevel and Dubsado for CRM, priced the same on either and confirmed at scoping. Also Notion, ClickUp, Zapier and Make.

Is there a minimum commitment on a retainer?

Operations Partner runs on an initial three-month commitment, then month to month with 30 days' notice.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. Trace Assists is UK-based and works mainly with UK clients, but international clients are welcome.
