Services and pricing

Business systems and operations support, scoped to your stage.

You know the business needs stronger systems and more consistent operational support. The question is how much needs changing, and what kind of support fits now.

Trace Assists offers four clear starting points, from a single strategy session to an ongoing operational partnership.

The first decision

Project or retainer?

Project

Something specific needs to be built, repaired or connected, with a clear finish point.

Retainer

The foundations are in place and you want ongoing operational ownership as the business grows.

Most clients begin with a project, then move into ongoing support once the groundwork is in place.

Four ways to work together

Start with the level of support that fits the business now.

Every project is scoped, priced and delivered around a clear outcome. You do not need to commit to ongoing support before we understand what needs changing.

Direction first

Clarity Session

£75

A one-hour strategy call and written roadmap. We review your current setup, identify the gaps and put your next steps in priority order.

For you if

You know something needs to change, but not what to fix first.

Your roadmap arrives within 48 hours. The £75 is credited in full towards a future project or your first month on a retainer.

Book a Clarity Session

One defined outcome

The Priority Project

from £1,250

One defined system, built and handed over. This could be a CRM setup, client onboarding process, repaired workflow, landing page or funnel.

For you if

You have one specific thing to fix or set up and want it done properly, once.

The scope, price and turnaround are agreed before the build begins, so the outcome is clear from the start.

Book a Discovery Call

Ongoing partnership

Operations Partner

from £1,750/month

An ongoing monthly partnership to plan, build and run your operations. I stay close to the business, maintain what is in place and help the structure grow with you.

For you if

You want a behind-the-scenes operational partner rather than another project to manage.

The initial commitment is three months, followed by a month-to-month arrangement with 30 days’ notice.

What gets built

The offer sets the shape. The scope reflects what your business needs.

These are the systems and operational areas that can sit inside Priority, Foundations or ongoing Operations Partner work.

CRM builds and automation

Pipelines, workflows, templates and follow-up in GoHighLevel or Dubsado.

Client onboarding systems

A consistent journey from enquiry and agreement through to kick-off.

Project management setup

A Notion, Asana or ClickUp workspace designed around how your business works.

Funnels and websites

Landing pages, complete funnels and websites connected to your CRM.

SOPs and documentation

Clear processes for your own reference, handover or team training.

AI and automation

Practical automation used where it removes repetitive work and improves delivery.

Service delivery workflows

The handovers, checks and steps that keep client work moving consistently from start to finish.

Team coordination and visibility

Clear responsibilities, delivery rhythms and a simple view of progress, capacity and priorities.

Not every project includes every area. Your scope is built around the operational bottleneck, the outcome you need and what will make the most useful difference now.

What working together looks like

Clear from the first conversation to the final handover.

  1. Scope

We identify the problem, the outcome and the systems involved.

  2. Plan

You receive a clear scope, price, responsibilities and timeline.

  3. Build

I implement, connect and test the work while keeping you informed.

  4. Handover or run

You receive documentation and a walkthrough, or I stay involved as your Operations Partner.

Client projects

See the work in practice

From a clearer booking process to a connected programme, here is how the work takes shape in real businesses.

Connecting several systems

A programme with one clear route from enrolment to delivery

A medical aesthetics academy relied on separate tools and manual handovers. I connected enrolment, cohort placement, payments and course access so the programme could run through one defined process.

Considering a Foundations Project? This shows what connecting several parts of an operation can involve.

Improving the client journey

A booking process that goes beyond Instagram messages

A makeup artist was managing bookings through DMs. I built a connected enquiry, booking and payment process, with consistent follow-up and the artist still in control of availability.

Need to improve one client process? A Priority Project can focus on the part that needs attention; this case study shows a broader journey.

Services FAQ

The practical details before you choose.

If you still are not sure which route fits, the Discovery Call is designed to work that out with you.

How much do your services cost?

A Clarity Session is £75. The Priority Project starts from £1,250. The Foundations Project starts from £4,000 and Operations Partner retainers start from £1,750 a month. Project pricing is fixed once the work is scoped, so you know the cost before committing.

What is the difference between the Priority and Foundations Projects?

The Priority Project fixes or builds one defined system. The Foundations Project connects several systems across your operation and begins with an audit phase. If you are not sure which fits, the Discovery Call will clarify it.

Do I need a Clarity Session before a project?

No. If you already know what you need, book a free Discovery Call and we can scope the project directly. The Clarity Session is for when you want strategic direction and a written roadmap first.

Which platforms do you work in?

My CRM builds are primarily in GoHighLevel and Dubsado. I also work with Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Zapier and Make, choosing the tools around what your business already uses and what the project requires.

Is there a minimum commitment for Operations Partner support?

Yes. Operations Partner begins with an initial three-month commitment. After that, it continues month to month with 30 days’ notice.

Do you work with clients outside the UK?

Yes. Trace Assists is UK-based and works mainly with UK clients, but international coaches, consultants and service businesses are welcome.
