The work is strategic and implementation-led, not task-based admin.

What is an Online Business Manager?
An Online Business Manager builds and runs the operational side of a business: systems, processes, CRM, onboarding and project management. It is a strategic, implementation-led role, closer to an operations manager than an assistant. At Trace Assists the work is done for you and handed over working.
How is this different from a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant completes tasks you assign. Trace Assists builds the systems those tasks run on, so the work no longer depends on you directing it. The focus is operational structure, not task execution.
Who do you work with?
UK-based coaches, consultants and service businesses, usually past the early stage and growing, where the owner has become the operational bottleneck. Clients outside the UK are welcome too.
What does it cost?
A Clarity Session is £75. The Priority Project starts from £350, scoped to the job. The Foundations Project is priced on application after a discovery call. Operations Partner retainers start from £950 a month. Detailed pricing is confirmed once the work is scoped.
Which tools do you work in?
GoHighLevel and Dubsado for CRM, plus Notion, ClickUp, Zapier and Make. Where possible I work in the tools already running your business.

My background sits where operations meet strategy. I build CRMs, workflows, onboarding experiences, and SOPs that reflect how your business actually works, then step in as a behind-the-scenes business partner where that is the right fit.
My job is to replace the manual workarounds with structure, and to stay close enough to the business that the structure keeps fitting as you grow.
