Mediject Academy’s 12-month programme relied on separate tools, manual enrolment and knowledge held by the founder. I connected sales, cohort placement, payments and course access in one system, giving the work a defined route from enquiry to programme delivery.

The starting point
The business had grown, but the operation still depended on the founder.

The academy runs 12-month medical aesthetics training programmes. Course content lived in Kajabi, while calendars, payments and delegate enrolment relied on separate manual steps.
That made every new cohort more difficult to coordinate. The system needed to reflect different delegate scenarios, keep communication consistent and make the programme easier to operate without every decision returning to the founder.

Automations place delegates into the correct cohort and scenario, then trigger the right communication.
Course migration
Fifteen courses were moved into the client portal so learning and operations sit in one connected environment.
Calendar architecture
Fifty-six calendars organise the programme’s different appointments, sessions and availability.
Payments and consent
Stripe payment steps and GDPR-conscious consent forms are built into the relevant journeys.
Email and SMS
Eighty-five branded messages support enrolment, reminders, next steps and ongoing programme communication.
